Polkadot treasury

As of October 18, the Polkadot treasury has spent a total of US$21 million (3.9 million DOTs) in 2023, compared with US$13 million (1.7 million DOTs) last year. Development spending accounts for half, outreach spending 38%, operating expenses 9%, and research and other 2%. Recently, Polkadot-related organizations are undergoing major layoffs.
