After Fed decision, futures see a 37% chance of another rate hike ahead and rate cuts beginning in June 2024

Briefly after the last Fed meeting, we saw rate cuts projected out until September 2024.
Interestingly, odds of rate CUTS into March 2024 are also rising, now at 11%.
Futures are pricing in a chance of hikes AND cuts at the same meetings.
Futures now also only see a total of 3 rate cuts in 2024.
Higher rates are the new normal.
